Tuna fish stew with roasted potatoes and zucchini
Prepared as a traditional meet stew but in this case I used a very tender red tuna fish slice.
Marinated beef tenderloin, grilled potatoes and zucchini pan sautéed. Marinating: lemon juice, Maroccan lemons from Procida, olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil and pink pepper.
